Complaints

If something has gone wrong, we want to put it right. Here is how to tell us and what happens next.

How to complain to us

Email hello@loanleaf.co with the subject “Complaint”. Tell us your name, the email address or phone number you used on our form, what went wrong and what you would like us to do.

What happens next

  • We confirm we have received your complaint within 3 working days.
  • We investigate and send you a full written response within 15 working days.
  • If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect our answer.

Complaints about a broker or lender

Once we have introduced you, the broker and any lender are separate businesses, responsible for their own service. Please raise complaints about advice, fees, products or a lending decision with that firm directly. If you are unhappy with how a broker we introduced treated you, tell us as well. We take it seriously and may stop working with partners who don’t treat businesses fairly.

If you are still unhappy

If your complaint is about a firm authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, you may be able to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service once that firm has responded. Complaints about how we have used your personal data can be raised with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
